My name is Victor Gonzalez, I’m 20 years old from Rosemead CA. I am a Hip Hop choreography based dancer and can pick up almost any dance style. I started dancing in 2004 for a small organization called “Rosemead Elite”. In 2006 I joined Jayvee’s Youth team “Teen Groov” under the direction of CJ “2AUCE” Edwards and was a member up in till 2008. After turning 18 I Joined “Main Ingredient” which was an adult competing team under the direction of Mr. CJ “2AUCE” Edwards. I then joined CJ “2AUCE” Edwards as co director of Jayvee’s “Teen Groov” “Junior Groov” and “Baby Groov” for two seasons. I started teaching as a Hip Hop instructor in 2006 when I was 16 for a local community center in Rosemead. I currently work for Jayvee Dance Center, I teach every saturday from 9:30am-1:30pm. I teach four classes from ages of 4 to adult. I worked at Disneyland as a dancer for High School Musical and their Pixar Play Parade. I have also taught and coached Hip Hop at different local High Schools. I currently dance for two teams I am now one of the captains for “Main Ingredient”, and i also dance for a huge performing group called “Breed”,which is a extension of Boogiezone.com which is a huge dance community for dancers all over the world and has had some of the most famous dancers and biggest choreographers be part of the Boogiezone family. As a dancer I have performed all over California such as Vegas, San Diego, San Francisco and and also Japan. I have performed for Geffin Recording Artist “Prima J”, and have done huge Hip Hop Shows such as Hip Hop International and World of Dance. I have also performed at numerous clubs, and also at the Choreographers Ball known as “Carnival” with choreographers such as CJ “2AUCE” Edwards, Francesca Taylor, Knicole Haggins, Audrey Benson and Ricky Cole. Im ready to showcase what I got and share with thousands of people the love I have for dance and show them that dancing is not about what you see around you or what other people are doing, dancing is about you and about your expression and what you feel, and whatever comes out whether its different or unique don’t be ashamed to share it with others because you never know how many people can fall in love with it. My motto is “Keep doing whatever you do because you never know who is looking up to you or who’s life you can or are changing!”
